Morayo Afolabi-Brown, the popular host of Your View and Managing Director of TVC Entertainment, has officially resigned from TVC Communications after 12 years of dedicated service.
Her resignation was confirmed in a statement released on Monday by Edward Akintara, TVC’s Manager of PR, Corporate Communications & Marketing. According to the statement, her last working day at the network will be Thursday, August 29, 2025.
TVC Communications said Morayo’s decision was driven by her desire to pursue a long-held passion project. The company expressed deep gratitude for her contributions, describing her as a source of inspiration and a pivotal figure in the growth of Your View and the network at large.
“We celebrate her for the incredible impact she has made, not only on Your View, but also to millions of viewers across Nigeria and beyond,” the statement read.
While acknowledging the significance of her departure, TVC assured audiences that Your View will continue to maintain its quality and relevance.
Morayo’s exit marks the end of an era for one of Nigeria’s most-watched talk shows, but also the beginning of a new chapter in her media journey.
